Thank you for shopping with SwapO Bands™ — One Band. Endless Looks.™

We take pride in our reusable headbands, interchangeable SWAPO Skinz™ covers, and Starter Kits.

All Sales Final

All purchases from SwapO Bands™ are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, personal preference, or items that are no longer wanted.

This policy applies to all products, including Original™, Slim™, Mini™, Starter Kits, and SWAPO Skinz™.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees to correct an error made by SwapO Bands™.

Return Authorization

Please do not return merchandise without first contacting our customer support team.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped, at our discretion. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any legally required refund, replacement, or other remedy will be honored.
